November is full of ups and downs for Gemini, beginning with the promising Libra Venus (Nov. 1-7) and Libra Mars (Nov. 1-30) trines to your Sun. Venus is happiest in Libra, whose energies are in line with Venus’ motivations. Mars, a planet of action, struggles with the diplomacy that Libra demands, and balks when it considers its next move, even when a move isn’t what’s required at all. This together might feel familiar to mercurial Gemini, who has trouble making up their mind anyhow. At worst, you’ll be handed a cornucopia of pleasures that you’ll have difficulty choosing from. This could extend to romantic partners as well as creative opportunities and social contracts. The waning gibbous Moon in Gemini (Nov. 5-7) turns Gemini’s intellectual expressions inward, perhaps prompting you to revisit a challenging book or pick up a dropped correspondence. The triple whammy of Mercury, Sun, and Saturn all falling into Sagittarius to oppose your Sun (Nov. 6-30, Nov. 22-30, and month long, respectively) should be tempered by prioritizing precision. Sagittarius is famously broad in its vision, sometimes to the point where it can be tactless or fail to see the forest for the trees. It is affable and casual when formality is required, sloppily easygoing when crispness would suit, cooing “It’s all good, baby,” when it most certainly is not. The irony for similarly breezy Gemini is that Sag’s energy (particularly in Saturn) can feel oddly inhibiting, even condescending. For mid June Geminis, the monthlong sextile with retrograde Aries Uranus will give you a kick to jump at something than needs to be grabbed straightaway; indecision often clears with a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it window. For Geminis born around the first week of June, the square with retrograde Pisces Neptune will make you feel muddled and murky, perhaps even reliant on crutches or fantasy. Things should go easier when it finally stations direct (Nov. 23rd), but only by a hair.
